Mr. Arben Kullolli is an Associate Professor at the Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, California. He has over 20 years of experience as an online and in person instructor of the Albanian language and culture. Arben’s most memorable work has been the co-author of Kosovar Albanian Familiarization Course, and having experience as a language tester and project manager for the DLI. Arben. has received his M.A. in International Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School.
